We stayed here unsure of Paris. It is extremely conveniently located, close to metro and the Rue Mouffetard. The staff are very friendly and also speak English which is helpful for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and very small and cute.
Highly recommend staying...More

The French windows opened easily and the plane trees outside gave some privacy although there are light and heavy curtains also. Don't remember air-conditioning as I was there in spring. Returned to the hotel exhausted after each full day, so can't remember either whether it was noisy on the street - probably not as we were on the 4th floor.
Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip
