The big plus is the location - on a small Monmartre square with nice church, metro station and small park and very good restaurants close by. Views over Paris and only 500m to Sacre Coeur. There is none of the pollution, noise and congestion of...More
First things first... TAKE THE ELEVATOR FROM THE METRO! I cannot tell you how tired I was when I got all the way up carrying mine and my girlfriends bag. Besides that it was a great stay. The hotel is truly steps away from the...More
Small but well managed hotel. View of the city, including Eiffel Tower is a bonus if you are in one of the two front of hotel rooms (at the top of course). Very friendly staff. Close to metro. Good places to eat amongst the 'locals'....More
No frills boho style budget hotel excellently located between Pigalle and Montmartre.

Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
