I chose to stay here for one night as I needed to visit Rue Le Pic. I had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated and had a good shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. You do hear the metro but for the price I imagine this would be tough...

Our room overlooked the whole of Paris and we had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was shabby light bulbs not eorking, dirty shower curtain, cracks in the tiled floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but no eggs available akthough we were offered a plate of bacon. It was ok and as mentuoned a great location...

I have stayed at this hotel very many times and I highly recommend it! The location is wonderful if one wants to stay in Montmartre and the place is friendly, safe and thankfully with softer sheets than used to be the case!

I had a very nice stay. Was all good, clean bathroom, bed comfortable and room very cosy. Comparing other hotels this one is the best in term of rate and quality. I will book again. I do recommend if you are in budget.

The hotel was adequate, by no means luxurious. We had room 54 on the 5th floor, the view was spectacular. The bed was extra hard. The bathroom was fine and clean towels every day. Hotel tops for location, lovely bars/restaurants to the right and left of the hotel and only 10 minutes from Sacre Coeur basilica. Metro right outside, great...

The room was clean. Maybe it could seem little to who prefers big spaces. The location is great, in front of the St.Peter Abbey! Few minutes walking from the heart of Montmartre. One second from the metro stop ABBESSES (line12) It's worth for few days in the city of lumiere!

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Regyns. The location is fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room on the top floor that looked out at the Eiffel Tower!! Thanks Hotel Regyns, will definitely be back.

This hotel is located in a nice district in Paris and offers good conditions for an affordable price. Even if breakfast has to be paid extra, it's worth it considering how expensive it is to eat in Paris. The personnel were always friendly and ready to speak English. The room was clean and comfortable, even if the entrance passage quite...

I went along with this option since it was very reasonably priced, had good reviews and placed in a beautiful district under Monmartre. Clean and cozy. Didn't try the breakfast though. Turned out to be a good place! Small room I had would be too little for 2 people, but for 1 was perfect. The location is the best thing...

Whether alone or not I /we feel completely loyal to this excellent little hotel and always get a friendly greeting upon arrival. I/We have been visiting for possibly x30 years or so and will continue to do so. Also and very importantly, I am happy to report softer sheets on the beds this time! Harsh sheets have always prevented a...

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
