Although not a glamorous hotel, we paid under $300 for a terrific location and got a nice triple room so we each had our own bed. The clean bathroom was recently updated with a regular size tub and shower with good water pressure and clean tiles. We were on the 4th floor, Room 12 and with the weather in the...

When you book a room two months in advance with email confirmation (room for 85€) you expect to get what you asked for. But when I arrived they told me that there had been a mistake with the email (hello? they had 2 months to rectify their 'mistake') and that there were no rooms for 85€ so I was given...

I was quite worried before arriving at the hotel but I discovered a great place! Clean, excellent location, and inexpensive. Salah, who was at the Front Desk upon my check in, was extremely courteous and helpful. He was persistent in finding the problem regarding my wifi connection and the day I left, he was so nice to walk down the...

The location of this hotel is excellent. My friend and I stayed in a superior double which turned out to be a huge corner room with lovely French windows. The bathroom was recently renovated and I think they will be updating the lobby soon, b/c they had a delivery of new floor tiles. We did not use the elevator and...

We were very disappointed in the size of our room, but that was nothing compared to the horrible smell of the room. We spoke with the desk several times and were assured that the problem would be taken care of, but it never was. Asked if we could change rooms, no luck there. The carpeting was bright red and very...

We knew going in that this was a 2 start hotel so did not expect all that much. We were very pleased in the end. You do have to carry your luggage up the stairs to checkin which was a pain but not that big of a deal. The room was nice, we had a triple with 3 single beds....

We've stayed at the Hotel Londres Saint-Honore 7 times (!) since 1981, and never grow tired of the place. It's not for the faint of heart, physically, because you have to drag your luggage up a curving staircase just to get from the street-level door up to the lobby, and then the elevator is tiny and requires more mountain goat...

Great location (Tuileries was a block away and could be easily seen if I stuck my head out the window). The room was adequate, but small and non-descript. The A/C was functional. The elevator runs from the landing on the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floors to the halfway point between each floor above. Remember that Europeans number floors...

Location was nice - next to the Louvre and Tuilleries, but the hotel was quite bad. We arrived late on a Friday and the room we were given smelled badly of cigarettes. We asked for a different room but the receptionist said there were no free rooms available and offered some air freshner spray. This didn't make much difference and...
