We'd been to many hotels of all types of quality and price range. This Hotel is inexpensive (cheap). It's situated in the Opera District (not in a touristy area) with nearby markets for bread, groceries and wine. It's near a metro station and Starbucks which is convenient. The rooms are average or smallish(just like most hotels in Paris). The staff...

The situation was good. It was very easy to travel all over Paris using metro. We spent most of our time in Paris looking around the city. I think that our baggages had alone good time in the hotelroom. There were many sights in neighbouring area and it was easy to reach them walking. Room was clean and shower also....

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very clean with all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. We found a couple of nearby cafes where we enjoyed really great food away from the main hustle of tourists. The hotel's location is great within easy walking distance to many attractions.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
