We stayed at the Langlois for five nights early in May, and were very satisfied. It is small, old and charming. The staff are courteous and efficient, if somewhat taciturn. Our room was clean, with the tiniest bathroom you have ever seen, but it had everything a bathroom should have. We had a large wardrobe, and our friends' room did... More

I've ben staying in this hotel for more then 8 years. Location is perfect for both business and pleasure. Clean, big rooms, nice people. Good breakfast. Worth the cost. If you stay in the rooms which look to the street you will have a great Parisienne view even from your bathroom 😍

If you are interested in an authentic traditional French hotel then Hotel Langlois will complement the passion. I just returned having a perfect visit to this historic hotel dating to 1886 in the 9th Arrondisement. The services were superb with a very helpful staff-receptionist and cleaning staff. One discovers antique filled accomodations, original art on walls, an elevator from 1920... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night on February 2015. My room was at the front of the hotel on the 5th floor. It was spacious , well furnished in an antique style with a large comfortable double bed. There was no noise from anywhere though what it might be like in summer I don't know. The en suite... More

A favorite of my wife and I when we are in Paris this small hotel is wonderfully situate and a quiet and comfortable retreat. The rooms are large, many with wonderful views, and the white tiled bathrooms more than adequate. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and always very helpful. There is a Metro stop less than... This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It is within walking distance to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The rooms were great in size and decorated with the old style feel. The subway was just around the corner, as well as many restaurants and a great little bakery! If I ever have the... More

I'm so happy that I chose this hotel. It was beautiful, interesting, quirky. The room was large with an old marble fireplace and a large bathroom....so charming. Well-located, with really helpful staff....such an unexpected surprise to have this level of accommodation for such a reasonable price. Very quiet area with good, local restaurants in walking distance. I recommend booking this... More

This is a small hotel (like most in Paris) that we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU CAN RESERVE one of their large suites. We had two teenagers with us and it worked out great with the extra amount of space. Definitely better than having to reserve two hotel rooms. The bathroom is not that large .. but it isn't as... Booked direct on line, really simple and efficient. Location is great,5 minutes walk to Saint-lazare and 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord and few minutes from Opera subway. The Hotel is really quiet on a 1 way street, but its the rooms that really standout. It was huge with a equally large bath room. Although a little dated it really adds... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
