Hotel Langlois is ideally suited to explore Paris. Well located, it allows travellers the opportunity to see the key sights of Paris on foot. The hotel is a classic Paris city hotel with an old fashioned lift and an abundance of charm. As a 3 star hotel don't expect too much in terms of facilities but that's not the point....

I stayed twice 5-6 nights each and I will definetely stay again. Good management Helpful staff, especially all the Receptionists ( daytime, night time) and the lady at the breakfast room. Good hospitality. Classical decoration, but very nice, Typical old elavator. Very nostalgic. Once I come accross that someone was shooting a film at the roof rooms. Rooms are big,...

Like going back in time, but with modern comforts. The deco is fantastic right down to the style of lift. Spacious comfortable rooms, bathroom and bed. The staff are lovely. Will stay again. A true gem

I stayed two nights at Hotel Langlois while in Paris on business. The hotel is old and rustique but the rooms are fairly spacious. I found my room and bath room nice and clean. The breakfast is simple but nice - with fresh orange juice etc. I did not spend much time at the hotel, as there is so much...

Restaurants are plenty nearby. I even walk to Lourve museum from the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel have VERY French touch with the iron gate...

I have stayed at the Langlois several times now over the last 13 years. Very "French" hotel in a good location near Gare St Lazare (which is very handy as we normally base ourselves with friends in Vernon). I'd recommend getting a suite which is very good value. Easy walk to Montmartre, Sacre Coeur etc

We really enjoyed our 2 day stat at this charming little hotel. The age of it only added to its charming quality. We ended up getting the suite after being upgraded from a twin room. Though both rooms were very clean with nice AC, heating, fast wifi and good TV, the suite's fireplace, balcony and street view made it quaint...

Was supposed to stay for five nights but cut my losses early. I was assigned a room on the sixth floor. Elevator cage barely held two people and their suitcases. Very scary and slow. Room was a total throwback. Very old and quaint but not very workable from a Business standpoint. No desk. No place to work. Tiny table in...

So much character. The hotel is lovely and in a great location just down the street from a Metro station. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the furnishings were unique with an art deco feel. You know when staying here that you couldn't be anywhere else other than Paris. A fantastic value with large rooms and so much character,...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
