This hotel is a fantastic find, very modern and immaculately clean. We stayed for four days over valentines weekend, in a premium room, which was well worth the extra money for the modern room and queen sized bed. Staff were very helpful, especially the night and weekend staff, and couldnt do enough for you. Room service is included in the...

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Cervantes for 2 nights. We arrived around 13:00, and although the booking indicated the room would only be ready after 15:00, we were immediately allocated a room. Reception was friendly and free internet at reception and newspapers were a plus. The room was small, but definitely bigger than another 3 star hotel I...

While the hotel was clean, it was just this side of a dump. Hotel staff had to lock and unlock the front door in the evening so this tells you something about the neighborhood! Rooms were TINY but clean. Also our double with a "city view " was a view of a brick wall outside the window. I would swear...

If your stay in Paris is brief this hotel is ok. The rooms are small to say the least, however we got room 65 on the top floor which gives fantastic view of the Eiffel tower. Also the hotel is ideally located near a metro station.

I was a little concerned that I had booked an awful hotel after reading some other reviews, but was pleasently surprised. The rooms were not too small (depends what you are used too though), but the shower/toilet room can only be described as "compact"!,(not easy to sit on the toilet if you had long legs!) but it was clean, breakfast...

Just stayed 2 nights at Cervantes in Paris to celebrate our 12,5 yrs of marriage, with our son. It was a good place to stay. We had a premium room at the street side. No trains heard. Room was big enough for us three, breakfast was also good. Staff are Parisiens, they have to live up to there reputation. Metro...

It was our first trip to London and Paris so I was eager to find a good hotel. It didn't have to be the best since we were a little tight on budget and since I figured we'll be spending most of the time outside anyway. I did my research and found that the reviews for this hotel was overall...

We intended to spend Easter in Paris. We booked Cervantes for 3 days by means of venere.com. Rooms are not ready before 15:00. Except for the reception, very professional and helpful, the rest of the staff were continuously bitching, especially during breakfast. First day we had a premium double which wasgood, then moved in the double, but we assume that...

I would never stay here again. The rooms are far too small - and our bathroom was ridiculously little. You couldn't really sit on the loo, it was so close to the opposite wall, and if you turned round in the tiny shower, you normally turned the tap off. It's not quiet - St Lazare station is far too close...
