Small hotel within steps of Champs Elysee in a quiet street. Good room size for Paris. Good service and staff. Breakfast was also ok. Very quiet and efficient cleaning service, really nothing to complain about. One of the best new small Mercure in Paris!

I don't think so. Rooms are rather small and I can't remember that i saw any balcony. The room to the front face the street which is quite noisy and wouldn't really invite to spend time on a balcony.
