I had an upper floor room. The hotel was very full due to the marathon. They let me check in very early, which was super nice of them because I had caught a red-eye flight from Washington. I was just staying for an overnight. Not much to say about the hotel. Just a small boutique hotel with nice rooms and...

Had the pleasure of staying here for two nights on a work trip to Paris. The hotel is cosy...situated on a quiet street in a nice part of town, just a short stroll from Pigalle Metro station (among others), along with a good variety of restaurants. Rooms are small but perfectly fine by Parisien standards- although there wasn't too much...

Planned a trip to Paris for my 50th - to include VIP experience at the Moulin Rouge among other things. Needed somewhere nice to stay for 3 nights & came across this little gem on the internet. Perfectly situated (10mins walk from the Moulin Rouge). Stylishly decorated. Spotlessly clean. Perfect in every way. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Just...

If you are looking for the grand over the top Paris hotel then this is not for you, however if you are looking for somewhere to stay with character in a wonderful location then this could be the place. We stayed in a standard room and as with any major city, space isn't in huge supply but they have made...

We stayed here as a group of four ladies on a shopping spree you searching for a wedding dress! So we were only there one night but enjoyed our stay. It was in a good, tidy location with lots of local shops and not far on the Metro from the centre of Paris. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke...

A pleasant place to stay for business or a casual visit. The rooms were surprising a bit more spacious compared to most other hotels in Paris. Their breakfast was nice and I enjoyed the welcoming lobby setting and backyard. A short walk to rue des martyrs which is one of my favorite streets that lead to montmartre. The street is...

We booked this hotel last minute and it turned out a gem! Situated in a lovely part of Paris. Quiet. Great places to dine and go. Closer to central Paris (a few stops in the metro) for a night walk to enjoy the beauty of the city. Will come back again.

We travelled to Paris after the sad events in November. I have to say everyone (with one exception) we met was warm and welcoming, none more so than the staff at this hotel. The location, of this hotel made it great for where we needed to be, but although not central, it's well placed for most activities. When we go...

On a street leading to Montmartre (15 min walk), close to the Pigalle red light district of Paris too. Typical Parisian, very nice and accommodating service at all times. Small breakfast but tasty, no gym, very good price/quality. Recommended even if not super romantic. Some rooms are connected. Peace of mind in general north east of Paris and not far...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
