The hotel is not glitz. You get a safe & clean area with Paris size room. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff is welcoming and informative. They were a real help with tours and arranged a bus to the airport and just general directions. We have been to Paris twice and stayed here both times. It is about 100 steps...

After a catastrophic power failure on the Eurostar I was left stranded in Paris and had to find a hotel for the night - easy right? Non, Paris was very busy and as this issue had been going on all day there were very few rooms available if you didn't want to spend €800 a night. I booked a night...

Dear Bettoire, First of all, thank you very much for your review. We are really sorry about what you've been through during your stay in Paris. We understand sometimes it could be hard to find a nice hotel, not so expensive in Paris. Indeed, we always try to book every room before we book the room 001 behind the reception...

Good value especially that I booked through expedia (better rate than the hotel) Good location; it was my first trip to Paris and did not find any difficulty. In addition, it is a safe area with plenty of shops and restaurants around surely I advise others to try it.

Being my first trip to Paris, I was not quite sure what to expect from the arrondissement or the hotel. I was pleasantly by the location of the BW Trianon Rive Gauche. Arrondissement 5 was the perfect location, it was central to the metro, close to the Seine, Notre Dame, and countless cafes. I believe I definitely saw a different...

I stayed for 4 days on the end of November. Staff was nice. Room was clean and good as i asked for a window with good air because i have severe dust allergy and i'm very impressed. The breakfast by room service was good and on time. Bus stop and subway aren't far from accommodation. It's valuable to stay in...

Great location for visiting central Paris, Notre Dame, Louve, Jardin du Luxembourg and more in walking distance, and if you don't want to walk Metro St Michel and Luxembourg close by. Think this is more of a 3 star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. Didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food, breakfast during my stay was...

The Hotel is near two Metro stations, Luxembourg and St Michel. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to Notre Dame and 5 minutes walk to Luxembourg park, which is very beautiful. The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful with many coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The hotel is in a nice building facing another house, there is no...

I fell in love with Paris! This hotel is beautiful! A boutique hotel in a great area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very disappointed... It is definitely a 3-star hotel. The rooms are incredibly worn and dated (like they are 10 years old) with a musty odor (we kept the window open permanently). Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
