A very good location for visiting Paris Landmarks and shops A pleasant welcome and we were offered a free upgrade despite a late booking, a nice card left in the room with a note about our celebration. 1st impression was that the room was basic, not sure where the upgrade comes in especially as I had already upgraded to a...

Dear Guest, I’ve read with a lot of attention your comments and taken well note of your remarks. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a couple of things: - The tea and coffee we put in the rooms are complimentary, we do not charge for this service. - Continental Breakfast is offered to all our guests, we...

We stayed here for 4 nights & couldn't have been more delighted. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street and yet just minutes from the Champs Elysees & the metro. There are plenty of local restaurants & there is a village feel. Our room was chic, comfortable & with a balcony. The staff couldn't have been more...

My husband & I were here this time last year (May 2014)& loved our stay here. The hotel itself is really cute - decor, bathroom & bed were very comfortable. I especially loved our sitting room & balcony. It was nice to open up all the windows and take in Paris. Location was super convenient - It's close enough to...

My granddaughters and I stayed at this beautiful hotel from the 25th May until the 29th May 2015. It is by far the very best hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. The staff are without exemption the most polite and helpful that I have known nothing is to much trouble and that is...

This is a very French hotel. I felt like I should parle français the whole time! The staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful with sightseeing info, directed us to restaurants, and assured us in a ride to the airport. No dinner there, but an "honor bar" was available in the parlor. Breakfast was continental and served either in your room or...

Very enjoyable stay in Paris thanks to this hotel. Great position for sightseeing with easy walk to Champs Elysees and many other tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection to choose from. Although breakfast room was small the staff were very efficient and we never waited to get a table. All hotel staff we encountered were gracious and helpful...

We attended a wedding recently in Paris at the Four Seasons Hotel and asked our travel agent to find us a less expensive alternative nearby. The Hotel West End was just the ticket. It is only a block from the Four Seasons but more importantly it is only about 1/2 mile from the Arc de Triomphe and approximately 2 miles...

This is a wonderful location to stay in Paris! This was my mother and my second time in Paris and our first time staying here. It is a quick walk to the Champs Elysees (5 minutes), 15 minutes leisurely stroll down the C.E to see the Arc de Triumph and about 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Taxis are very...

Being situated halfway between short walks to both the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees, location alone would make this hotel a great choice. But the cleanliness, spacious room, good breakfast, and most of all, the friendly and eager-to-please staff at this hotel made our trip to Paris totally enjoyable. It was a pleasure to return to our hotel after a...
