The hotel was clean. Location was excellent, close to several metros and lots of bars, restaurants & shops. Staff were helpful and all spoke English. Hotel allowed us to check in early to accommodate our plans & stored our bags after we checked out.

The hotel was great and the staff was really nice especially the lady who did our check in. The breakfast buffet was good however it was very sweet and it would be nice to have some ham, cheese or tomatoes not just sweet foods. We booked a classic room with a double bed it was very nice and clean, the...

This hotel had an excellent breakfast. if you like walking, this is a great location. The staff was friendly and spoke English well enough for communication with Americans. There was a separated area for the single bed and a full size in the main area. The elevator went up to the fourth floor, so we had to carry the bags...

Stayed here for one night and had a lovely time. The location is perfect for a short walk from Gare du Nord and great links on the Metro. Room was v comfortable and perfect to crash out in the comfy bed after walking all around the city.

Fantastic location and hotel, shame about the homeless man cedric outside who shouts at passers by all night. after the first night we gave him 5 euros in exchange for him shutting up and it seemed to do the trick

Good location, only 10 mins walk to La Fayette. The room is very clear which is very important to me, but it's a bit small and no fridge and kettle. The staff also is very friendly and speaks English.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
