Was not meant to be staying here, was overbooked elsewhere and the other hotel sent me to the Touraine. Was a lovely place to stay. Friendly staff at all times, very clean room and bathroom with good shower (no bath but that did not matter). Interesting food at buffet breakfast - not sure why bacon was wrapped and served on...

Super quiet and clean. The rooms are small, but there is a good breakfast and the location is great. There is a velib bike stand just outside the front door, which makes it really convenient to get around. Overall a good hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I was there 2 nights for business and it was definitely fit for purpose, centrally located, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Room was pretty small but so be it, it's Paris! Bit of a strong cleaning product smell in the room but not unbearable and hopefully they'll sort that out (if...

It was a good experience overall, breakfast was not good at all and some staff members were very polite and amazing but some others were really rude and eith a bad attitude.I recommend this hotel because the location is excellent and the rooms are ok with new furniture and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom with shower curtain (gives image of a low-end). Problem of reception with the TV (the sound was cut every 5 minutes). Poor smell in the room. The breakfast is Excellent. Perfect welcome from the staff, the hotel is very located in Paris.

If you look for a decently priced hotel near ACPR, you should consider Tourraine Opera. Rooms are okay (not too big, but that's Paris) and staff is very friendly. To avoid metro noise you may consider the upper stories. Breakfast is not too fancy, but in fact there is all you need (Croissants, Baguette, cheese, ham, eggs, juice, muesli etc)....

The receptionists were very helpfull and friendly. The service as a whole was very good. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and with nice athmosphere. Opera, Galerie Lafayette and Printemps are just 5-10 minutes walking. Monmartre is also 10-20 minutes away. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was €50, whereas from the hotel it was €55 + €7...

Dear dplayer_29, Thanks a lot for your comment and notation, that's great ! Normally a taxi ride to CDG airport costs around 50 €. If we call one from the hotel the taxi counts the time to come to us + a fixed charge of 4 euros (7€ = 4€ + 3€ to come) : So it became more interesting...

Paris is under the spotlight right now, but then again so are many other cities. Of course it is understandable that you have to have your wits about you, but that could apply to several destinations in Europe and around the world. We have stayed at the Opera Touraine on a few occasions and will do so again. Situated not...

This is a small 3 star hotel. The reception is friendly and the rooms are pretty modern and clean. The subway passes below the building and causes some noise and trembling - certainly on the lower floor. I booked last minute for 140 euro and overall the value for money is good. The location is close to Trinité. Not sure...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
