Le Relais du Louvre was exactly as on their website. A great little hotel which outperformed on the expectations created on their website. The availability of a covered parking @ 50 metres is a great asset as we traveled by car. Great stay , great location , will be back.

This hotel is very well situated in the heart of Paris in front of the Louvre Museum. A lot of nice restaurants around so very good for business trip and romantic stay. The team is fantastic and very helpful to book restaurant and provide directions to shopping areas. The room was perfect size (recommendation #12) and nicely decorated. The breakfast...

Very 'old worldly' charm, excellent service, warm personal welcome, really a very nice place to stay and very useful in the midst of Paris with a parking garage around the corner (they have two parking spaces available for guests at a lower price).

Thank you for your kind message. I love the title "a home away from home" because this is exactly what we are working on. We want our guests to feel like home at the Relais du Louvre (without all the things you'd have to do if you were home of course as we do them for you!). I hope we...

Excellent cozy family hotel. We had to stay a couple of days while waiting for change of plane schedules in Paris. This wonderful piece of joy near the Louvre Museum make our stay amazing. Accommodations were great, service was like being home and we have a personal concierge. We had cold champagne deliver to our room. It was a superb...

I don't even know where to begin.. This hotel is set up for comfort! The Relais du Louvre is a quaint boutique hotel located next door to the Louvre. It has only 22 rooms, so it is small and intimate. It was spotlessly clean. My mother, adult daughter and I stayed here for the week. We were in room #12...

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is a very small hotel on a quiet side street a block from the seine and across the street is the back entrance of the luvre. There is a metro stop half a block from the hotel, but the hotel is easy walking distance to notre dame /Latin quarter and shops around les Halles....

Stayed here for the first time in Jan 2017 and was extremely pleased. Charming entryway and cozy lobby, warm welcome by reception. Hotel is right next to the side of the Louvre, tucked into a tiny side street with little traffic. Very quiet location. I had asked to be on the top floor and hotel indeed placed me there. Room...

'Stayed at Le Relais du Louvre in mid-November 2016 with my adult daughter and niece. We LOVED it! The location is PERFECT! It's an easy walk to many places including the Louvre, River Seine, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay, the Christmas Markets at Champs Elysees, Le Marais, Latin Quarter, etc. It's also very close to the Chatelet metro stop. One observation:...

Visited the Relais du Louvre for a couple of days to do some sight seeing in Paris. It's a fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was perfect, staff were very helpful. Very reasonable price too considering it's literally right next to the Louvre!

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.

“I stayed in #65 on the top floor. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is right next to the door to the room. However, no one else used the elevator when I was there (I think there may be only one other room on the top floor) , so I can't comment on whether or not it would have been noisy. Room 65 has slanted ceiling as you are below the roof top. The sink and bathtub were right in the room but nicely arranged and separated from the bedroom area by some built-in cabinetry and desk. The toilet and shower are entirely private and just off the sink area. Having the bathtub and sink in the room was not an issue for me as I was traveling alone - some people may not like it, however.”
