A metro station is located right outside the door of the hotel. Our room was very clean. Wish that breakfast would have been included. The staff was very friendly and stowed our luggage on the last day before we headed to the airport.

This is a good business hotel in the central district of Paris. Since I was on a business trip my office was 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms and service are not comparable to other holiday inn hotels as it is considered a basic hotel with bed and breakfast. Service is average and they need to hire more friendly staff....

I was on a business trip with a limited company budget per night (under 200euros) and needed to stay in the Opera Area. I was surprised to find this little hotel on fauburg Poissonnière, just in front of the Subway Station (Grands Boulevards) and 10 minutes walk from Lafayette/printemps department stores and all the shopping area. Some nice restaurants (avoid...

Conveniently located next to a metro station; close to a bus stop; a short walk from Place de l'Opera and Galeries Lafayette. Very helpful staff upgraded me to a large comfortable & clean room overlooking the street. This hotel is close to reasonably priced cafes. Around the corner on rue de Montmartre is le Bouillan-Chartier -- a terrific restaurant well...

This hotel is a central location for the city. You can get on the metro right in front of the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. There are lots of restaurants right around the hotel. The staff spoke English and helped us with directions and getting a taxi. They had a nice breakfast. Overall this was a great...

Only a one night stay. I walked from Gare de Nord (Spelling) and it took about 20 minutes, from what I can see it is in a good location which I would consider if I ever returned as a tourist. Reception staff were nice and quickly checked me in, The room was on the slightly small side but comfortable with...

Just back from a two day whistle stop stay in Paris. This hotel was easy to get to from Gard d Nord and had a stop right out side. We managed to check in quickly & has booked an exec room through points. The room was spacious and shower powerful. It was on a Main Street & wasn't noisy at...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
