Love this hotel! We stayed for three nights and it was a great experience. The staff - Teo (who speaks perfect English and very good spanish) Susane, Stephen, Concierge (forgot their names) were excellent. The ladies at the Executive Room could not have been nicer and friendlier! The hotel is beautiful and the location - next to Lazare-Frere is perfect for getting around. The room was spacious and the bathroom (especially the shower and its water pressure) were perfect. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here in our next visit to Paris!

It is always such a pleasure to be back at this property. The location is fantastic, with multiple options for walking, shopping and restaurants. And then the staff are so amazing, I really wish I could remember all the names. A very warm welcome awaits you at the Front Office reception, who go out of their way to meet all your requirements. The staff in the Executive Lounge are always eager to please. And then of course there is the brilliant Concierge Team, who are so incredibly knowledgeable and full of suggestions and ideas that make the trip memorable. My grateful Thanks to all.

I just checked out of this hotel and while the staff were quite accommodating, there were some things that detracted from a 5 star rating. Some, within the hotel’s control, others, not. Out of control- because of the location which is very close to the Gare St. Lazare (train station), every time a train came in or out, you could hear and feel it- and we were on the 3rd floor. The area is quite loud and traffic and sirens are heard throughout the night. Within their control- the temperature the hotel rooms were HOT. When I inquired about how to turn the air conditioning on, I was told they don’t do that until much later and I could open a window. That was fine for a quick minute but with the noise on the street that could be heard when the windows were shut, sleeping with the window open was not an option. I checked in online and was assigned a room so upon arrival, I was given the keys. We went to the room and unpacked and got settled for our two night stay. After about one hour, we received a call telling us we had to change rooms because they made a mistake and promised our room to someone else. What? Not wanting to create a scene and wanting to set an example for my nephew, I politely agreed to move but in reality was very disappointed with how this was handled and with no restitution. Staff on site (barring the gentlemen who incorrectly gave me the wrong room) were helpful and cordial. If back in the area, I would not return to this property. I’m a Hilton fan and typically opt for their properties but this was an expensive let down.

Location is excellent for Saint Lazare station and connecting to SNCF and metro. Busy area. Shopping nearby. Lobby is nice. Our room was small and dingy. The bedding seemed clean, as was the bathroom. The curtains, carpet, and furnishings were beat up or dirty. The bedskirt had holes. Overall, would not stay again.

This hotel had a mix of reviews so I wasn’t sure about staying but the good reviews and the location had what I wanted. After staying at the Hilton Paris Opera for 7 nights starting February 20 I am so happy with my choice. It was the one of the best hotel experiences ever! There are many reasons but below are a few: -Housekeeping was very responsive anytime I needed anything. -Room was very clean – absolutely spotless and the hotel as well. -My room was amazing. It was located on the 3rd floor, overseeing the street as requested and the train station area. -Room was modern, spacious, and the bathroom had heated floors (it was February!). -The hallways unlike in the U.S. they don’t leave the used dishes sitting out in your view. They have a container that they are stored in the hallway for pick up. Showing the kind of caring detail for their customers. - Reading other reviews I thought the room water situation might be a big hassle but it actually turned out great. I ended up loving the fresh water instead of plastic water bottles. I prefer my water very cold. It was easy enough to walk down the hall to get such delicious, cold water! -Customer service caring and kind throughout. I took pictures of the badges of a couple of the helpful Hilton crew at the front desk Fabrizio and Aurelia both wonderful throughout my stay. I wish I did the same for the others as well or at least made a note of their names because I would have liked to also mention all of their names since they were all amazing. - Enjoyed the exec lounge daily, each evening usually a hot dish along with cheeses, and wine. The crew was on top of it replenishing the food and drinks. The only thing is it did tend to get crowded but on the other hand I also met some cool people due to the cozy nature. -Nice wide variety at breakfast across the board from hot to cold items. The servers were so sweet and responsive if you had any questions or needed anything. - The hotel itself is gorgeous, the lobby and lounge area beautiful! -Location was very convenient near the train and subway station. I took the subway daily and one day I went to Normandy for a day trip and the train left early but with the station next door really helped. -Major attractions are easy to access via walking or by the subway. -Restaurants, groceries or anything you might need is in the immediate area within minutes. -Concierge was on the ball helping with any questions and took great care to get me a taxi and help with my luggage to get to the airport on time! -I was a solo female staying for pleasure and business and I felt very safe! I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Paris Opera. I will be back soon. Thanks Hilton Paris Opera for my wonderful stay and for all of you!

In many ways, Hilton Paris Opera offers the best of both worlds. It is a fabulously historic property with one of the most beautiful bars and lobbies I've ever visited in a hotel. What a lovely space! But, once you get into the heart of the hotel, it is thoroughly modern, from the art work and amenities to the rooms themselves, which feature enough connection points for any road warrior. The staff was wonderful and very gracious in accommodating our schedule, needs and 7th grade French :) Johann was especially helpful in making sure we were comfortable - Thanks! The location of the hotel is great, as well - the Gare Saint-Lazare is just a few steps away, and Printemps is just blocks away and definitely ticks off the high street luxury shopping box! There are several places to grab a bite in the neighborhood, but we chose to eat in the bar and enjoy the view! I'm happy to recommend Hilton Paris Opera for anyone coming into Paris and wanting a great base of operations for exploring all Paris has to offer.

In general, we were very happy with the stay. Due to a Hilton Diamond status, we received a generous upgrade to a spacious and nice Junior Suite. Even though housekeeping should have worked a little more thoroughly, especially the bathroom's decor is beautiful with its bright mosaic floor. Teo, who checked us in and was helpful at all times, deserves special recognition, as well as Agathe who heart-warmingly welcomed us to the delightful breakfast every morning. Product quality, seating comfort and service were absolutely convincing, which makes the breakfast the best of any European Hilton property we know so far. Unfortunately, since our previous stay, the original Dammann Frères tea selection was replaced by a low-cost option. Probably the weakest experience was the Club Lounge with a very limited and low-quality selection of food and drinks during cocktail hour. Special requests placed at the frontdesk were instantly solved, with some of the solutions focussing more on efficiency than on a hospitality approach. Yet, overall, the team was friendly and we enjoyed our time at the very conveniently located Hilton Paris Opéra - Saint Lazare station and the Grands Magasins Haussmann are just around the corner.
