Staff and hotel is 5 star rated. Location is also very good. Magnifique breakfast. House keeping is perfect. Rooms are very fresh and clean. For a boutique hotel is much more better. Planning to stay again for next trip to Paris.

Design of the hotel is very nice. You are in the middle of everything. It is very nice to be able to walk to concorde, madelaine, louvre, lafayette... Beds were very comfortable. Service quality is good. I wish the reception personnel were more smiling. They didn't make us feel at home, but that's ok for a cool design hotel:)

Very cozy and warm feeling. Great service, rooms are small (typical Paris) but very new, clean and functional. Great decoration with very high quality furniture. Staff is very friendly. Bar area is great. Will definitely come back to stay here

I reserved this hotel as part of a surprise trip with my girlfriend to Paris. Our suite was astonishing and the attention to detail down to a welcome bottle of Champagne was impressive. I had asked for a suite with a balcony and they took the time to make sure we got one. The staff is absolutely top notch, knowledgeable,... More

They made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Any request was quickly taken care of with wonderful attitude. They made me feel comfortable with my language challenges which relieved a major anxiety. The room was very nice looking over the park. The only meals that we had at the hotel was breakfast which was relaxing and well done.... More

Fabulous rooms and a wonderful location close to the boutiques of Rue St Honore. A fantastic restaurant and bar and two years in a row we have had a wonderful superior room with its own terrace. Front of desk very helpful and so many thoughtful extra touches in the room.

Location is great. Staff is nice. Rooms nice and clean and quiet. Expensive bar which totally lacks ambiance but for a business hotel I would come back. The one thing that irritates me in all hotels now is when they don't have free wifi. What is that all about? And no coffee machine in the room. Silly when you pay... More

Choosing a hotel in a big city is not easy. This hotel has one thing certainly going for it and that is that the room was very very quiet.
