I was pleasantly suprised when we dropped off here. Very clear and modern establishment, the stuff is really attentive and helpful, location is two-steps away from Gare du Nord, Gare de l'este, and near to Opèra. Subway station Chateau d'eau is just around the corner. The neibourhood might seem slightly disturbing, but only at nighttime. What ellse- well, prices are...

Lovely hotel with fantastic rooms. Rooms are big and have lovely little quirky features. Extremely clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is good, 10 minute walk to place de le republique with lots of restaurants. Definitely stopping here again. Great value.

I love the staff here at the Best Western Aulivia, I had booked an apt from the internet and it was not what I expected at all!! In a panic I went to the Best Western, the front desk gentleman was very understanding that I did not have a reservation but need a room for myself and my niece. He...

The rooms are somewhat small but very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when we were looking to find places to go or restaurants. They helped us find adjoining rooms when they became available. The neighborhood can be a bit messy but also has a number of nice restaurants and a couple grocery stores. The metro is...

Rerouted for a day we found ourselves looking for 2 hotel rooms near Gard du Nord and booked this hotel. Neighbourhood is not the best but fantastic South Asian and North African restaurants in walking distance at great price for Paris, very near the Metro, clean but small rooms at a very reasonable price, and wonderfully nice front desk staff....

Initially, I had only made a 6 night booking at this hotel and was to decide where I would stay during my second week at a later time. I was presented with a very clean reception area and friendly staff upon arrival. This theme pervaded throughout the hotel and for the remainder of my time there. Regarding my room, it...

Everything was beautiful, clean & secure. Our host Maurice was cordial & helpful. Rooms are cosy but highly functional - huge fluffy towels, crisp linens, down pillows. Good water pressure in the shower. All the staff were great: Stephane behind the bar was kind to weary travelers; Roland funny, kind, & generous with translation; Abdel very helpful w dinner reservations...

The location is very central - roughly half way between Gare du Nord and the Louvre, so both reasonable walking distance. It's recently renovated so clean and nice - in that sense great value for the price. The area is a little shabby, but pleasant and lively. The rooms facing the courtyard have zero street or other outside noise. Unfortunately,...
