My friends suggest me to try this hotel as she likes it very much. The hotel is quite small but very stylish. The room is decorated so colorful which remind me of paris in 18th century. I use to live in French concession of Shanghai, and this place very similar to it. Elevator is very small but interesting, small quiet...

I 've gifted a weekend in Paris to my mum and we spent there a great time! All the staff member are very kind always ready to help you. The rooms are very very beautiful and comfortables full of "optionals"! new designed and relaxing far away from the noises. The location is good! is 10'by walk from Avenue du Champs...

My collegues and I always stay at The Regents Garden Hotel when visiting our Paris office. It's a lovely small boutique hotel with friendly service. The rooms are small but very cute and decorated very well with really good amenities. A nice touch is the free soft drinks in the fridge. I would happily come and stay here if I...

Just returned from a long week-end at this comfortable and well appointed hotel. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Location was not too touristy but convenient for viewing the sites with good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed breakfast and the tea and coffee making facilities plus complimentary cold drinks were very welcome after a day's sightseeing. We would happily visit...

My wife and I recently stayed at Best Western Regent's Garden Hotel and found it a great experience. The location is good, only a short distance from the Arc De Truimphe, metro stations, and good restuarants. The room was large and well decorated, our bed was large and very comfortable, and it was quiet. In addition, the staff was very...

Booked this hotel based on the great reviews and was not disappointed. Hotel is located close to the Arch de Triomphe but far enough from the tourists. It is a 10 minute walk from the Charles de Gaulle-Etoile using exit 5 of the subway to Av Carnot. The area around the hotel has everything in less than 1 block from...

Hotel with nicely decorated small rooms with comphy beds and a small bathroom with a great shower. Free non-alcolic mini bar. The breakfest was very nice, good choice, good coffee and eggs cooked to your preference. But the best thing is the service and kindness of the staff. What a pleasure to see smiling faces by all of the staff...

The hotel itself is small and well appointed, although the bathroom was tiny, it was clean and workable. The shower sprays all over the bathroom because of the tiny glass wall that keeps the toilet from getting wet, but walking to the toilet after a shower the floor is wet. Wifi was a little slow (we were booking bikes for...

Dear Monsieur James, First of all, thank you for your interest in our hotel, and for expressing your disappointment regarding this situation. It always difficult to answer to a complain on Tripadvisor, and this situation is even more difficult because it dates back to last year. First, we would like to clarify some points: You made a non-refundable reservation for...
