We were treated with courtesy and attention. It was very nice that we could borrow an umbrella given the tempestuous nature of the weather in Paris. The reception staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is just what one needs in the morning, without being overly lavish. And, of course, there is no substitute for the hotel's fabulous location!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and everything was just perfect. The hotel is near to everywhere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is offered in the morning with high quality food. Internet is free which is a real advantage. We will come again. A tip: We found the best rate on the hotel´s own website.

The location is very convenient, beds are comfortable and the complimentary continental breakfast was good. We had 3 rooms (to accommodate our family of 6) on the 6th floor. We had 1 exterior room that overlooked the street and 2 interior rooms that overlooked a very narrow alley. I strongly recommend you request a street view room -- they are...

Very good charming hotel in the heart of Paris, located near the Opera Garnier. Friendly "french touch" staff. Rooms are clean and designed with great taste. Definitely my number #1 hotel in Paris !

Surprisingly a great Best Western - free wifi, the staff were great just so helpful and the location just suited us for this trip, good breakfast, a nice little bar and sitting area. Only thing was our room had the tiniest separate toilet if you shut the door it was a bit claustrophobic!!

All the fine accomodations you could want along with a staff that will go out of its way to help you and satisfy you. The free continental breakfast is not only available downstairs but also upstairs in your room just for the asking. (Be sure to also ask for the free coffee maker too). The staff was extremely polite and...

We booked ourselves in the Best Western Premier L'Horset Opera in Paris. This is an upscale boutique hotel, located in an alley, close to the shopping district and cafes. It's not your average Best Western Hotel, in fact, it looks nothing like the traditional hotel itself. Tip: you can use points to book free nights at this hotel. When we...

We spent 8 nights in Best Western L'Horset Opera. It is close to shopping, the Opera House, Lafayette store, restaurants and transport and 20 mins walk to the Louvre, etc. The staff were all professional and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate (other meals were elsewhere). Room service and porters were excellent too. The room was, clean and modern, a good...

My daughter and I stayed at the L'Horset for 3 nights as part of trip to several spots in Europe. Would not hesitate to stay there again. About 45 minutes from CDG. Nice area (2nd arrondissement) located close to Opera House, Galleries Lafayette and metro. Room was available to us when we arrived at 12n (check-in is 3p) and beds...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
