It looks like this hotel needs a new review! I love this hotel. The location is excellent. I have stayed here for years. It's what I call a European Boutique hotel...small enough for them to know who is coming and going and very personal. The hotel has been sold and it is being totally updated. The faces were new to...

The hotel website is grossly misleading. Entrance lobby is tiny, lounge area doesn't exist anymore, basement area supposedly containing breakfast room and bar no longer exists so all meals have to taken in bedrooms, bare wires hanging out of walls and ceiling, basically a massive building site - Does this all add up to 4 star no barely even 2...

It is absolutely shocking that this hotel has a 4star rating, this place was appalling. There isn't even a real reception, and once there you enter into a reception hall with lightbulbs hanging from wires, no fixtures, a dark sitting room to the side without all walls painted and exposed wiring. The staff are not helpful, in the morning checkout...

The new rooms in this hotel are exceptionnal, with peaces of real chateau brought together for a very nice result. Some of the nicest room I have ever seen.

Disappointing and so hot in the rooms that you couldn't sleep. Complaining to the staff was like listening to a broken record......."we will have someone look into that" HA - You could tell they had heard that complaint many times before.... When asked for an adjustment in the room rate, I was told no one in the hotel could authorize...

Quiet street but noisy inside the hotel as the doors are very thin. Also, plumbing from other rooms could be heard in my room. They advertise that they have room service but they really only have it for breakfast. I tried ordering lunch and it was not available. Then I returned to the hotel at 9:15pm and room service was...

I am very surprised by the four star accreditation afforded to this hotel. Whilst the staff were efficient and helpful, the rooms and general areas of the hotel were disappointing. The air-conditioning was none existent; my room was either boiling hot or not warm enough. The shower was dismal and no room service was available upon my arrival. This hotel...

Booked an Executive Double, put into a tiny twin room, which was smelly, with a very stained carpet and very shabby decor. No room service available during August (?) facilities very basic for a 4 star hotel. Moved to Hotel California next street down - 1000% superior.

Stayed in this hotel in January. The rooms were lovely and modern, but HOT! I asked to change rooms, which we did, but again it was still very warm, and the airconditioning didn't work very well in either rooms. I couldn't imagine staying here in summer. In saying this, the location was excellent - close to everything. Again the only...
