Great location if you are arriving by train. Metro also a couple of minutes away. Plenty of local restaurants which we found to be good quality although better value can be found in the Latin Quarter. Rooms clean and adequate.
I was there during the winter for a urban/architectural photo session of the city and I'd a great experience. The internet wifi worked properly all the time. and also, the cleaning of the room was totally impeccable

From the hotel, head right, and walk up to Gare du Nord (turn right again when you reach the junction, onto Boulevard de Magenta). At Gare du Nord, take the RER train. Get on line B, go one stop to Châtelet – Les Halles. At C-lH, change onto line A, and take the train to Marne La Vallée, which serves as the Disneyland station. You should be able to walk from there - it's literally a few minutes walk.
