It is right next to Chateau Landon metro station and short walk from Gare de L'Est (slightly farther away from Gare du Nord - takes 15 minutes walking). Surprisingly spacious rooms (was upgraded to a family room by the friendly receptionist), comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, big screen tv (mostly french language programs only). Breakfast was good - bread, cheese, juice,...

We could not get the air conditioning to run hot enough and found it was a bit cold at night. The room was OK but there was not much room to move around, and only four hangers for two adults' clothes. The hanging rail was partially broken and the bedside light shade was broken and stuck up with cello tape,...

On a December trip to Paris 2016 we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from Saturday through to Tuesday. we had landed very late on the 17th due to bad weather and then took a short walk less that 5mins to catch the train to Gare de Nord, we decided to walk from Gare du Nord to Gare du...

The room was clean, with comfortable beds, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the location is excellent. I liked being able to take my jet-lagged toddler to the 8th floor to show her the Eiffel tower and Sacre Coeur. The only downside is the bathroom was a little tired. As long as you don't go expecting...

The hotel is quite far from city centre. Around 1 km from the nearest metro station. The surroundings are good with some good restaurants and shopping. Overall the hotel is ok but not that great. The staff was good but poor in English.

Visited en-route to the UK. Chose the Ibis brand expecting at least a average standard of quality. Found unclean, and very tired rooms! Extremely difficult to make contact with Ibis to complain. Bad service!

Can't really describe how bad services are. Reception persons doesn't even know how them systems work, specially parking. Rooms needs to be demolished! Ceilings falling apart and etc.... Dust everywhere. Shocking. Advice- don't pay anything in advance as you will be asked to pay again for a same thing on check out. Avoid it!

The hotel lobby was modern and had a decent breakfast area. However the rooms need a lot of work. Broken shower tiles, scum build up, and old carpet. Bathroom with peeling paint. Smelled like mold the minute I walked in. My tourist agency chose the hotel for its central location and its distance from the metro station, which was perfect....

The staff are great they are polite and helpful. Location is good, grocery stores small shops and place to eat are just across the street. A metro station is just a stone throw and a Train station is just arround the corner. The rooms are clean so with the bathrooms. Towels are changed everyday.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. The room was ok, but we found no soap into the dispenser and the bathrom itself was not very clean. The breakfast is good and there are coffee and tea available all the day... If you find a glass!
