The location is just great for seeing all the sights right next to the Moulin Rouge and close to the Sacre Coeur Check in was so easy and fast great the staff very friendly and spoke perfect English...

Have stayed here numerous times and never had problems. The room linen is changed and the room and shower room cleaned daily. We always go out for breakfast, this year we had orange juice, croissants with butter and ham, and fried eggs with ham and toasted ficelle (the thin batons of French bread) and coffee for less than €9!

Travelled to Paris for the weekend to see the France v. Wales six nations match. The hotel is ideally situated for any visitors to the French capital. Room not very big to accommodate two people fortunately I was alone. Probably the smallest single bed I have ever encountered which also had a very miss shaped mattress. Room was clean and...

Only stayed one night, these are my findings: +1. Great location +2. Comfy bed -1. Found the front desk to be rude and not friendly - both when we checked-in and checked-out the next morning - two different staffs -2. Shower very basic -3. Bathroom freezing -4. Room was small, couldn't open both hard-case luggages and have space to walk

Horrible experience, made us paid twice for the room we had booked and paid previously also they did the same for a lot of guests at the time, blocked our rooms and didn't let us in if we didn't pay for the room again, which ended in us paying the room twice... Still haven't got my money back.

Dear Vladan, Thank you for sharing your feeling further to your stay at Ibis Montmartre. We apologize for the inconvenience you met with the shower water. Know that we regularly do maintenance campaigns to eliminate the limescale, so that we avoid water pressure problems. We really want the breakfast to be a pleasant time. Therefore, we take great care with...

First off, this Ibis is a great value for those who want a clean room, good paid breakfast option, and be near a Metro. You know what to expect from Ibis- an upscale dorm room. The service was professional, save for the facts that a maid entered our room while we had a "do not disturb" sign on. Also, for...

Pretty basic hotel near some great attractions like Moulin rouge. Close to many shops and nice restaurants. Not value for money in my view, could get better hotels in Paris for 150 Euro/night. I stayed here in between business trips for a night to explore the old Paris areas. Small room but clean and tidy. Ok for a night or...

Dear Sebastian, We understand that this situation is very upsetting and above all when you are abroad. We are really sorry that you had this unfortunate experience. The receptionists were busy with guests and they did not see who took your bag which was left unattended. Regarding Jonathan, he helped you as much as he could and advised you to...

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
