I stayed in this hotel with my wife and child. Location: Our train reached Gare du Nord at 2215 hrs, within few minutes we could reach Barbes-Rochechouart station by Metro (1 stop) and then changed the line to reach Anvers station(1 stop). From Anvers this hotel is only a 5 min walk. Ofcourse I had seen the google street view...

We stayed at the Adagio Paris Monmartre for 4 nights. We were travelling with another couple and had a studio room each. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were mostly helpful but mostly just stayed out of your way. It felt more like an apartment block than a hotel which suited us well. Our two rooms...

The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The rooms were nice, better than most European rooms. I liked that the staff wasn't in and out of them every day. I only had two issues, the WiFi was horrible. I think a hamster on a wheel controlled it. Second, the drunks that loitered in the square in front of the hotel at...

Amazing location - close to Sacre Coeur, wonderful cafes, local grocery stores and close to the Metro for easy access to central Paris. As a family of five we stayed for two nights in the 2 bdrm apartment, which was spacious enough for us. (I think it would be cramped for 6 adults though!) Facilities were all good - kitchen,...

We have been here for 3 nights and have a lovely 1 bedroom on the 5th level. No street noise and lovely night and day view of the Sacre Couer. Good bathroom and kitchen making it a good apartment for a small family or possibly four friends. Good supermarkets close by.

I've never stayed in an appartment hotel before - was expecting something small - I was so wrong ! Appartment 105 was lovely. Hallway, good kitchen ( bigger than my mom's ), huge living room with table / chairs / TV and 2 sofa type single beds, seperate WC and bathroom and then a double bedroom. Kitchen well kitted out....

We stayed one night only, and found the staff to be helpful and friendly, however we felt the basic facilities were overpriced, and not good value. Our room above the street was extremely noisy, so there was no keeping the windows open. We went out in the afternoon and on our return the (drain?) smell in the room was horrendous...

I was in Paris a week and a half ago, staying for 5 or 6 days in Adagio. First, I was alone in a pretty solo room in which you can see the beautiful streets of Charles Dullin directly from your window. After that my roommate showed up and I had to change my room. Still everything was nice, kitchenette,...

terrible hotel. We stayed in the 6 person apartment. 3 beds were only folding beds in the lounge room. The room was right over the entrance and was very very noisy. Maybe in the winter with the windows closed it would be better. Each night there was a large group of drunks who yelled all night and played music right...

The counter staff were very helpful with a good standard of English. Free Wi-Fi was a nice surprise. Close to the Metro lines for most sightseeing spots. Rooms were clean with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Only 10 mins walk and cable car from the Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
