Just back from a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this conveniently located hotel close to my favourite district in Paris, Montmartre. On arrival we were upgraded at no extra charge to a privilege room which was on the top floor and had stunning views out over Paris especially at night. The room was modern, well equipped and large by Paris standards....

Stayed for 3 nights in April 2013. The location is great, walking distance to a number of attractions and with 'place de clichy' metro station really nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were prepared to help out with our questions and amke phone calls for us. Highly recommend a local restaurant called 'le bistro melrose' too...

Location... it is good for tourist purpose, practically we can stroll walking to reach Sacre Coeur. The lobby hotel is wide, very generous in space. Room is nice and modern, having separate toilet from the bathroom. Internet connection is easy and also free. Surrounded by Cafes, convenient stores, supermarket. Perfect area. 10 to 15 minutes slow walk to La Fayette.

We stayed for 3 nights. An immaculate hotel. We had room 538, and had no problems with any noise, the double glazing certainly did its job! However, on either side of our room were linen/store cupboards, so we had no immediate neighbours, so we were lucky. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful....a special mention to Bruno who worked in...

We booked this for a weekend in Paris in February and the price was very reasonable. It took a little finding when we arrived by Eurostar but really not that far. I was a bit taken aback by the location (through the sex district and next to the cemetery!) but I didn't feel unsafe at all while I was there....

I've already been twice in this hotel, and enjoyed both stays. The hotel is very well located, near Place de Cllchy, Moulin Rouge, Sacré Coeur, and the metro. Near the hotel there are lots of restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and confortable. The staff is ok, but at breakfast, there is some confusion because of the...

Hotel is in a really good location but the service lets this hotel down. On numerous occasions, I have stayed here more than once, when you ask the breakfast staff for anything, usually because your table has not been set and is missing something, you get a grunt. Having to lay the table yourself!! 4 star hotel? Asking for a...

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
