When we booked we requested for a garden view room on a higher floor. My wife and I arrived at 1:30pm but were told that we cannot check in until 2pm. When we booked online, it said that checkin time was 1pm? We went for lunch and when we came back, we were given a room on the 2nd floor...

The place is very good for the price; a very good location, close the metro and easy access to the bus stations. The breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean but the rooms are unimaginably small. overall nice place to stay.

New hotel is perfectly situated for a bisit to the top sites in Paris ans is 50m from the Liege metro station. The hotel offers a good free wifi and a solid continental breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room itself is very basic and functional. Only 1 plug point, no air conditioning and miniscule...

This hotel has great potential, good location. Receptionist were helpful and pleasant. However they can make their work area which is the first form of vision contact to guest more neat, tidy and presentable. The room is extremely small with a tiny bathroom. It's got no Air-conditioning, we had sleep with windows open not sure if it's safe to do...

I've visited this hotel and wasn't disappointed of my choice. The service is nice, speaks French and English, and very helpful. The breakfast also was fine, eggs, cheese, some pastry, jams etc. The hotel itself is pretty small, the elevator is so tiny and the rooms are also. But the main plus of this hotel is its location. The are...

This is by far the worst hotel my partner and I have ever stayed in.. That bad we ended up having to change hotels on our 3rd night (we paid the same price for what we paid for this hotel and it was 100x better) No air conditioning, wifi is terrible! Staff really aren't that helpful and the room is...

Typical European large city 3-star hotel: welcome is not too cheerful, rooms are minuscule, no AC, bathroom is like a small walk-in closet and could suffer a round of serious cleaning. Location is safe. Walking distance to large department stores and the Opera-Garnier area. A decent compromise if on a budget. PS - Saw the same chain has another property...
