Stayed 3 nights recently. This was our first visit to Paris and the hotel was ideal for us. Location excellent for walking or tourist bus, Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the art deco features. Housekeeping all good and property appeared well maintained. Would definitely return myself or recommend to others.

Businesses in the service industry should be customer focused to provide customer satisfaction. The staff at the Richepanse certainly provide customer focused service. Every staff member that we encountered during our visit worked as hard as they could to make sure that our stay was as pleasant and enjoyable as it could be. Every issue, big or small, was handled...

It's hard to imagine how this hotel could be improved, especially considering the reasonable rates and the quality of service. It has an excellent central location, first class staff and amenities, an excellent breakfast and an atmosphere which makes a stay in Paris so memorable. We enjoyed the sound isolation from the busy streets, the generally high quality of the...

The location of the hotel is pretty much ideal. A block from La Madeleine and two blocks from Rue de Rivoli. It was within easy walking distance to Le Louvre, Notre...

This art deco inspired hotel is exceptionally well located in the 1st Arrondissement, serviced by a friendly and helpful staff and with charming, well appointed rooms. We elected to have breakfast included, and although the breakfast room is not large, we never had any problems finding tables. The food served is tasty and varied enough to provide protein rich foods...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for this wonderful comment. Everything is thru and I could not say better: art deco style, good location, helpful staff, comfortable bed… Our housekeeping staff works hard everyday to make your room fresh and extremely clean. The chamber maids leave a small card with her name and the candies. You know that your room...

We stayed here in October in 2 rooms. We paid almost 2500 euros for 4 nights, so about 300 euros per night, which is not cheap. Unfortunately Paris in general is not cheap. Staff members in this hotel were very nice and friendly. The rooms are not very large in view of the price. The location is great, close to...

The hotel has a wonderful location. Our room was large and comfortable, very quiet and the hotel personnel was extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Metro is a couple hundred yards from the hotel. It is also easy to walk to all the museums and sights. We certainly recommend this hotel and we will return,
