We called the New Orient from the USA to place our reservation. They immediately e-mailed us a printed confirmation with the details of our stay. Upon arrival, they were very pleasant and accommodating. They provided a secure place to keep our luggage, and our luggage was waiting in our room when we returned. Our room was very comfortable, clean and...

My recent trip to Europe meant that I commenced and finished my holiday in Paris so I stayed at this hotel 4 nights at the start and 2 nights at the finish. This was my second trip to Paris and I decided to stay on the Louvre side. The hotel is situated closed to two train stations on different lines...

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It is probably the best value in Paris under 150 EUR. If you are on a budget, but want quintessential romantic parisian, stay here. Small rooms, but not cramped and tons of character, bathrooms are bigger than expected, internet is free, bed is great and clean!! Windows open onto the street...

Very good hotel in a perfect location for exploring Paris. Service was excellent with spacious and clean rooms. Plenty of good food nearby and a little supermarket just across the road. All in all an excellent experience.

This was the first visit to Paris by my wife and myself and, after extensive research of hotels using Trip Advisor reviews, we chose to stay at the New Orient for our 6 nights in Paris. We were not disappointed. Our room was impeccably kept and just like the pictures on the website, including having a small balcony overlooking the...

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the New Orient for just over a week in July and we could not recommend it more highly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, not to mention patient with our attempts at French and were always happy to accommodate our requests. The hotel is located close to a number...

I travelled for the first time to Paris in May and had a lot of recommendations from friends about possible accommodation. I kept looking at Trip Advisor comments and decided to ignore well meant advice and book the New Orient. All of the reviews were correct. The staff here are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There was...

Nice little hotel for what you pay. Room is small but that is the case for most hotels in Europe. Well looked after and the staff are very nice and helpful unlike many other people in Paris. Location is very good. Five minutes to train station. Wouldn't stay here for a long time due to room size but if you...

A lovely, small family-owned and operated Paris Hotel that provides first-rate accomodations at reasonable rates. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has enjoyable local fare at the recommended restaurants. All public transportation is convenient.. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great combination of comfort, hospitality and sensible costs in a lovely city.

The staff at the New Orient Hotel were very friendly and helpful. There is a laundromat and grocery store across the street from this hotel. The main tourist attractions are a bit far to walk to from here but the metro is nearby to take you there. This neighbourhood in itself seems to be very lively. As for the room...
