My girlfriend and I stayed at Le Citizen hotel recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Zen suite is enormous and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel is a major plus, the area is very lively and has a real "Paris" feel about it, it was wonderful looking out the window and seeing all the locals sitting...

One feels welcome here upon arrival and during the nine days here it is always the same. The staff are like a happy family and include me and other guests in it. This is a happy place: beds are comfortable, rooms are on the small side but absolutely adequate. Light breakfast with homemade yoghurt and conserves, variety of cereals (yummy...

The highlight of our stay at Le Citizen was the service we received from Pierre at reception. He was kind to us as we attempted to speak what little French we could, all the while conversing with us in English, without any negative attitude. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, which helped ease our...

My wife, our two adult sons and I had a wonderful time at Le Citizen Hotel. This small, fun wonderfully located hotel made our trip to Paris special. In the past we have stayed in the usual neighborhoods and tourist centric spots and always had a great time. But, Le Citizen Hotel is a great place for a differant experience....

We recently stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is outstanding, unique, safe. It is wonderful, especially in the summer, for long evening walks along the canal, for fun restaurants and easy access to many locations. Several metro stations are located within 10 minute walk. The staff is uniquely friendly, from the pre-stay emails proposing help to transfer...

The Le Citizen Hotel is a small, charming hotel in the centre of Paris. I have visited Paris twice in the past 6 months and have both times stayed at Le Citizen. The rooms are lovely, equipped with IPad's and very comfortable beds! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would without a doubt stay there again and always...

This boutique hotel is new if not almost new. We had the L suite which looked out onto the canal right on the corner. Good position. The room was lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. Timber floors. Big windows. Bathroom was very modern but inconvenient as it is a wet room. As a result everything gets wet including the toilet and...

Thank you for your honest review. You touch upon various points in your comment, which I would like to further explain. Firstly, the City L Suite is the one room that must be able to accommodate a handicapped person. We are aware that this can cause some inconvenience for our guests and we are working with the city of Paris...

We loved our stay at Le Citizen so much - our hosts were all charming, friendly and fun and really enhanced our stay - thanks guys : ) ...restaurant recommendations were spot on. All the rest has been said - small but chic rooms, great neighbourhood with everything on your doorstep, and transport links near by. We went on business...

This hotels claims to be the first real boutique hotel in Paris. It wold be churlish to deny it its claim. Certainly it is very small. Only 12 rooms, and some of them must be minute! We had a Zen room on the 3rd floor which was long and thin, but very well designed. All pale wood, comfy cushions and...

Thank you for your thorough review. It seems you have likely met our entire staff, it happens sometimes according to the days and schedules :) We hope that they were each nice and helpful! It's true that the ipad can seem frivolous, however, it is loaded with apps, blogs, and specific information we want to share with our guests (the...
