This boutique hotel deserves all its accolades. Absolutely fantastic experience. Yes, the rooms could be bigger (we stayed in a standard, the suites are much bigger) but whoever designed this hotel thought about every square inch. Unlike other in-demand hotels, this one makes you feel special with zero attitude. Each room has an iPad, no charge minibar and a fabulous... More

We stayed at Le Citizen in City K room for 4 nights in May. What I like the most about my stay is the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast and the wine and snacks mixer in the evening. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk from Gare du Nord train station or Republique metro station. It is about 8 metro... More

Great location not far from stations or the city centre itself. What marks this place out is the outstanding level of service. Nothing is too much trouble- from the ipad and free wifi to the choice of eggs for breakfast and the wine nibbles at 6pm sharp. A wonderful stay thank you.

We just spent a week in Paris--three nights in the 16th near the Arc de Triomphe and four nights at the Citizen in the 10th. Truly a tale of two cities. If you like a more relaxed, Bohemian vibe, this hotel is situated in perfect spot, right along the Canal St. Martin. There are tons of terrific restaurants and bars... More

Just came back from a 5 day stay in Paris, spending 2 at Le Citizen and another 3 at a different hotel. While Le Citizen is slightly off the beaten track, everything is accessible from the near by metro stations. What truly set Le Citizen apart was the helpfulness of the staff. Without fail, every time we headed out the... More

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel purely because of the reviews on here and they do not disappoint. There was no downside to this hotel, we arrived 3 hours prior to check in and they gave us a complimentary can of coke each while we waited a very short time for them to do our room especially because we... Stayed 9 nights at this hotel for our Paris vacation. Wonderful modern boutique hotel away from the touristy areas in central Paris, but easy walking distance to the subway. We stayed in a Zen Suite on the third floor and overlooked the canal. There were street parties along the canal every night, but the noise in the room was minimal.... More

It was eye opening how wonderful hotel can be. I have been Paris many times but never had good experiences in hotel. But this place was different. They are friendly but also proffessional. I really like that. Easy walking distance from eurostar station too. I already want to go back. I stayed cheapest room but didn't think it was that... More
