I stayed here two weeks ago and the service was outstanding. I was having trouble finding the rental car drop off point and one of the bellmen, Jacques, not only gave me directions but he also offered to ride along with me and show me exactly where to drop off the car! Jacques was amazing! Thomas helped get us cabs...

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the hotel enjoying a small vacation without our kids. The hotel is in a perfect location and very close to metro/RER stops for complete access to the city. Even though some sections of the hotel were closed for renovation/construction you would never know it; it was very quiet during the night and...

After building up great expectations of staying in a five star hotel... i was very disappointed. The room was very small and with two big bags space was the first problem. We found the finishing touches were a disaster, with gaps in the bathroom tiles and small bath tub. But the biggest problem for us was the air conditioning did...

We arrived as strangers & left as friends.....Establishing a rapport with "guests" is a skill that all hospitality businesses strive to cultivate in their professional staff. Hotel du Louvre exceeded our expectations for approachable, endearing, and helpful hosts. Florence, the Guest Relations Manager, led a free neighborhood historical tour on Wednesday, then treated our group of 4 guests to coffee/champagne/tea...

A great location and old style hotel with lovely staff. Happy to speak English and helpful. Maybe walk down the road for Le petite dejeunier as the restaurant is quite pricey. Five minutes walk to The Louvre and in the heart of the action. Metro right outside.
