We had heard that the Ritz in Paris was a must see after it has been renovated at great expense and we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is a work of art, and as such might not be to everybody's taste. But if you like over the top gold decor it is heaven. We took tea at the bar, and...

This would have to be one of the most amazing places to stay in the world. It is wonderfully beautiful. From the moment I stepped inside I was captivated by the magnificent splendour. Everywhere and everything is enchanting and charming. And even most important there is the highest level of thoughtfulness and welcoming. Recently the Ritz Paris was restored and...

We only had 1 night for the 1st visit but this is a more than an hotel, it's an experience. It's clear the team effort of the whole establishment is sincere and geared to the best customer experience possible. Everyone we encountered was proud to work at the Ritz Paris and it shows.

The Prince of Wales Suite models the hotel's renovations beautifully. Having spent a couple of nights at the Ritz Paris just weeks before the long closure, what has improved the most is the service. The snobs are out, and they have been replaced with willing and humble men and women, it seems. If you visited this hotel in the month's...

We visited the Ritz expecting high standards and we were not disappointed. Everything about this Grand Classy hotel was just how it should be, from the friendly welcome from every member of staff we came into contact with, through to the efficient service and tasteful and elegant decoration throughout. A thoroughly enjoyable visit to a top hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Paris After almost 4 hears of renovation, this iconic hotel is back into operation. The hotel has marinated its classic interior look but with fresh colours and a touch of technology. IPad style telephones in the rooms, electronic curtains, wall built in flat screen tvs and the list goes on. My stay was for one...

The Ritz Paris is one of the world's greatest hotels. The location is excellent. The service is second to none. The staff really caters to the guests. I have stayed at the Ritz Paris about six times in the past decade.

Last stayed March 2012, about 5 months prior to closing. First time been back to the new Ritz. Nothing really has changed, but lots have changed. No more comfy couches to loiter around, now every open space is designed for a paying venue - either under the guise of a tea room (Salon Proust), or the various restaurative nooks and...

Before the renovation, the Ritz was an amazing experience of no-expense-spared luxury. After the renovation, the prior hints of excess -- the unattractive shopping arcade, some unattractive signage -- have been eliminated. Prior to the hotel closing, we had stayed there perhaps 20 times and were prepared to be let down by a shiny new space. However, all aspects of...

This is the place to be for New Year's Eve. Close to walk to the Louvre and other main attractions. Staff were excellent except for my experience with the hairdresser that was a nightmare! He almost ruined my New Year's Eve party - he was so negligent in what he was doing! Luckily they had a hair straightener in the...
