Stayed here with a friend for the euro 2016. Around the corner from the Moulin rouge which was ideal for us as it was the Irish fanzone. Great location. Basic but clean. No twin bed available and had to share a double. Friendly staff

Great location. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, well-serviced every day. All of the staff were very sincere, friendly, and helpful. Very good experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a bit old and tired, but the rooms are clean, reasonable size and comfortable. It's very close to many restaurants, eateries and tourist attractions. Despite being a two-stared property, the rooms are serviced and there is a (small) elevator. The breakfast is quite basic (continental), but cheaper than anything equivalent in the nearby restaurants/cafes.

For a small 2 star hotel, this place is excellent - conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of the Moulin Rouge with an abundance of restaurants and cafes close by and a pleasant walk uphill to the Sacre Coeur. The room was clean, quiet, with a lovely bathroom, and breakfast if you want it, is a mere 6 euros...

We found the best place in Montemarte while in Paris for 5 nights. Clean room and toilet. Enough space for 2 persons and couple of luggages. Our room at 5th floor has the view of the streets and a nice building across (see pic) and the lights were pretty at night. The front desk is nice and polite. Surrounded with...

Reflecting previous reviews the hotel is in an excellent location, only a few hundred yards from Metro Abesse. Clean, simple accommodation and very welcoming staff. The only negative was the residual smell of cigarette smoking from previous customers who chose to ignore the no smoking requirement.

Exactly what you expect in this part of Paris. We were greeted very well by the owner, even though we arrived very early. The room is simple and clean, just what we need. Coming from CDG airport, it's easy to reach and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel

The person at the reception welcomed us very nicely and he made us choose the room. The rooms were clean and appropriate, breakfast was good and the location...walking distance to all the beauties of that vibrant area of Paris! I would totally go again, thanks very much!

Hotel is at excellent location just about 5 - 7 minutes walk from the Blanche Metro station and the Moulin Rouge. We had booked a late night show in Moulin Rouge and wanted to stay in the area so its easy for us to return to the hotel even if the metro wasn't running. The location of the hotel is...

My better half and I booked this hotel for 3 nights and must say was very impressed! Everything from checkin to checkout was handled perfectly. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly; always making themselves available. We had a double room with balcony access (stunning view). Ample space for us and our luggage. Great location!

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
