Very informal restaurant in Lobby area. We were traveling with a group. Room was a bit tired, turn down service came at 6 pm and handed us candy. Did not return to refresh towels, etc. We often stay at Marriotts and were disappointed in service....More

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe.
We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered during your stay as this does not reflect our usual five star service.
The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff are wonderful. The room i was given was pretty standard of what i have experience for Renaissance properties. But being a Platinum Elite member a upgrade would have been nice. Unfortunately they are next...More
I cannot say enough about this hotel, as it has become my favorite anywhere. This was my second stay and they treated me like royalty. I upgraded my room this time with Marriott Rewards points to a balcony suite with a Eiffel Tower & Arc...More
Fantastic location. Convenient for competitors in the marathon which began on the Champs Elysees and for sight seeing. The hotel was modern and great views from the bedroom windows which are floor to ceiling height. The hotel and rooms had good facilities, hairdryer, coffee maker...More
My husband, 14-year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights last week (for spring break in US). We chose this hotel because it had 2 double beds and was a 4-star rated hotel. We checked in and were given a room on the 3rd...More
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This
neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
The hotel does not have a lounge, but indeed you can use your status for the breakfast and it is delicious and well worth it, especially with Parisien food prices - can save you easily 15-20€ per person🥐🇫🇷🥖
