Close to metro and walking distance to many attractions. Close to many restaurants. 4th floor room had everything you need. Polite and helpful staff who happily spoke english. Reception booked priority Eiffel Tower tour tickets for us. Expensive, 49 Euro, (but well worth it IMHO)
