Position perfect for a France immersion

Staying at the cadet residence was perfect for our week in France. The street scape was amazing and the best food at our fingertips. Easy to get in and out of the city and was perfect for the whole family. Big comfy bed for the parents and 3 king single beds for the kids. Very quiet. The only downfall was not having laundry services at the apartment as we had to go 2 blocks over to wash some clothes. Was a bit of an ordeal. So easier if there was an on site laundry. Front desk helpful and friendly. We totally loved staying here and would definitely come and stay again! Highly recommended!!! And I am pretty fussy …

Best place for stay in Paris

We had very comfortable stay. The staff was very kind. Clean and modern design room, perfect kitchen,very safe area,good location. Easy to find nice bakery and cafe. I hope to stay at Cadet residence again!

Great value

Stayed 3 nights with family of 3, including 13 year old daughter. Was looking for a good mix of value, safety, and location and think we did pretty well with Cadet! Everything was just as reviews said: simple, but clean and safe with a friendly staff. Our room was ready when we arrived around noon which was a really welcome surprise. Room is very large by Paris standards and includes kitchen facilities which we utilized for a few meals to save money. You do have to clean your own dishes before leaving, but seemed worth it to us. Location is good with a small metro station just down the road. Oh, and the street is just to die for. It's quintessential Paris -- a mostly pedestrian side street lined with little cafes and bakeries. We ate at Stevenot barbeque and it was phenomenal. Also tried a bakery that was very good. Definitely recommend for those who aren't looking to splurge on the hotel but still feel comfortable and have a nice home base.…

Excellent Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Cadet Residence! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! There are so many great places to eat right on the same street! We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family !

An excellent apartment for our needs in Paris. The staff were friendly and attentive, the apartment was clean tidy and functional and the location was excellent in Rue Cadet. We could not have asked for anything better.

Hi. We are traveling with two kids. Is this a safe quiet neighborhood? Would you recommend to a family? Are the rooms soundproofed? Thanks!!

The area was fine, straight out onto street with shops so people moving all evening, hotel set back off road do little or no sound though. Perfect for families--secure, clean etc. We didn't hear anyone from adjacent rooms at all
