I stayed here in 2015 the first time. We loved it. Great location near transportation and can easily walk to everything. The staff was very helpful. This year, we returned for a week stay and our experience was quite different. Apparently the property is Under New Management and they have made changes to save money. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable...

Reception excellent, with none of the problems seen in other reviews. Room larger than expected with everything needed (altho some coffee filters would have been a nice addition - having to purchase a whole pack for just 4 is not eco friendly). Very clean large fridge with adequate cooking facilities and reasonably large dishwasher. Bed comfortable. adequate lighting and power...

broken door and unfriendly staff they are not helpful at all - looking down Asian customers. We cannot recommend this apartment hotel anyone. We took some photos too. We wasted over US 999 dollars. Very sad, angry and disappointed. There are plenty of other nices hotels in Opera and Madeleine are anyway, so we recommend everyone to choose other hotels...

I have a pleasant stay here at one bed room apartment for our family ( 2 adult and 2 kids). There are 2 single bed at the master bedroom and 1 sofa bed at the living room where 2 kids below 12 can sleep together. Spacious bathroom and equipped kitchen. Nice lobby area. has a nice kitchenette. Area was near Opera House and good shopping. Front desk was extremely helpful. Close to the RER and Metro. Only thing was that the room smelled like urine. Like a dog had been there. We could have moved rooms, but we were too tired. I would definitely go back.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
