Stayed here over the weekend in 501. The hotel is a boutique hotel and quite unlike other Intercontinentals, in a good way. Excellent service. Our bed was made up in particular way on the first night and we arranged it (took the extra sheet between the duvet and bed) and housekeeping made it up the way we liked it the...

We spent Easter weekend in IC in Paris, following a very pleasant first stay about two years ago. The hotel upgraded us to a suite in the fifth floor (yet again: it pays to be an IC Ambassador) which made the stay even more memorable with view of Arc d'Triomphe and Eiffel Tower from the suite's windows. Now, the reason...

We had an excellent stay at the Intercontinental Paris. This is a boutique style hotel, with a nice reception and rooms. Matheau checked us in with a very warm welcome, and a plethora of information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Our room was a good size for a European IC Hotel, and well appointed. We found housekeeping to...

Excellent location just minutes from Champs Elysee. Hotel staff are so friendly. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Have attached the view from my window. Coffee in my room was from a Nespresso machine. Really enjoyed it. Breakfast is a special treat a large selection of sweet and savory. Would definitely come again.

This hotel was decent. Clean. Heater so hot, but ok when I opened a window. The restaurant was good for breakfast, and good central meeting place to meet Parisian friends. It was good base to explore the sights of Paris.

This is a small 5-star boutique hotel. Its location is very close to Champs Elysées but quiet. We booked 3 rooms, some were more spacious than others. Service was good. breakfast was also good. The staff are nice and friendly.

Nice Intercontinental boutique hotel , very well located off champs élysées. Overall attentive and serviceable staff, good restaurant. Rooms are on the small side but nicely designed and comfortable. On the minus side : plumbing needs redoing as shower pressure is minimal. Housekkeping is not up to five star level however and needs to be more professional.

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip and overall found the hotel underwhelming. The reception area looked disorganized, with papers flying around and messy desk, and did not give the impression of a 5-star hotel. The gym is tiny and unusable - there's not even a treadmill. There was a "toy" iron in the room, completely useless for ironing shirts...
