A pleasant hotel where staff are personable and helpful. Rooms were clean and functional and provided good value overall. However, being on one of the main streets in central Reims is a double edged sword - accessible to the Cathedral etc but noisy at night if you want to experience a good night sleep in summer with the window open!

The hotel is situated on the main street for restaurants, and the famous church is in walking distance. You can park in a below ground park site just outside the hotel. You have to pay, but ask in the lobby for a discount when you check out, and it will cost 8 euros a day instead of 16. Our room...

We found this hotel very useful to access all the tourist sites, good cafes and restaurants. The facilities were fairly basic, but you would expect this for the price. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the mood was very upbeat in the town, despite the recent events in France. We did not mind, but the hotel overlooks a busy...

One of our rooms was unclean and vomit sprayed up the curtains. Staff at that time very unhelpful and reluctant to clean the room. If we hadn't already paid we would have left there and then. Would have preferred to sleep in the car!!

It is located in the main street and close to the station. It is very convenient to do anything, such as shopping, sightseeing, and business. It is very easy to take trains, trams and buses, too. The room meets the basic needs and is comfortable. Yet if you expect a large and modern room with many supplies, you may be...

Staff is friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is well-located, but noise-ridden from the bars next door. The lay-out of the hotel is rather strange, which for instance means breakfast is served in two separate rooms, none of which are very pleasant or comfortable.

This is a really nice place to stay. It is a bit noisy and the rooms are small but lovely ensuite bathroom shower. If you want a nice convenient hotel to sleep in this a great. It's a real tourist hotel so if you want to hang out in the city this is great. But no tv channels in English...

The location is top, the beds are okay but the rooms are not nicely redecorated it is noisy and the breakfast is very poor. It probably was once a beautiful hotel it is a pity that it has not been well kept and has the old allure of a french hotel. The dinning area is really very ugly and not...

Good location (walking distance to train station/central location in mall). Ok value for price - average decor and room features (no tea/coffee, no safe, TV good but no international channels). Very thin towels/no towel rail in bathroom. No shower curtain so bathroom floor & bench gets covered in water. Staff friendly. Notice in elevator mentions renovations which this hotel needs....

Right at the centre of the tourist area of Reims, there is massive choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and cinemas literally on the doorstep. The hotel is comfortable, clean and good value for money. There were a couple of small drawbacks attached to the room were were allocated. Two floors above the place D'Erlon was a great view but...
