First the good. Location is excellent as you can walk to restaurants and the cathedral in about 10 minutes. Secure parking is a big plus on these narrow busy streets. The bed is very comfortable and the room very quiet. The entry, lobby and bar are charming, quaint and full of character. The disappointing. Unfortunately the room is quite dull,...

Great hotel in a good location. Beautiful boutique style with all rooms tastefully decorated. 5 minute walk to Mumm and 10 minute walk to stunning cathedral. Off road parking is much needed.Gorgeous breakfast....the best continental going....fresh fruits, yoghurt and pastries and toast with nice coffee. Staff are super efficient and helpful. Don't miss!

Nice hotel in and old building. Rooms are renovated and offers nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Perfect service. Car parked in a closed area and luggage brought to the room. Situated 10 minutes walk from the doom. Will definately use this place next time we are coming to Reims.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is well located on a quite street. It has private parking at the rear. The continental breakfast was excellent, especially the home-made yoghurt. The service and helpful manner of all the staff made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The décor is very traditional, clean and tasteful. Our room was very spacious and...

This is a converted mansion, originally built in the 1860s. It's really lovely. Our room was quite comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is first rate - very helpful, and their English is fine. Troubling points: poor WiFi and poor TV reception for English speaking stations. Also, I must comment on the price of breakfast. A full breakfast is 25 Euros....

After the rave reviews of fellow visitors, I feel somewhat out of step in saying that I found the hotel to be rather a let down. Admittedly, I failed to sample much beyond the chambre, which was dowdy, small and lacking in natural light. The bathroom was a marked improvement and the common areas had a certain charm. Secure parking...

2 couples on a road trip. First stop Reims. We booked this prior to leaving and got a great rate from - dare I say it here - booking .com It's a gorgeous very old building with huge rooms, huge bathrooms, lots of antiques. Very traditional, and very upmarket, with exceptional service . The city of Reims is truly gorgeous...

We recently stayed 1 night at this lovely hotel. Location is a bit removed with few eating places close by.The room was nice and the bathroom was lovely although we had no toilet paper when we arrived. Free parking was a bonus but the breakfast was a bit pricey. We went for the cheaper Continental option which was very nice...

Billed by many as the best in Reims we were surprised on arrival not to be able to park our own car. Our room was in an extension at the back of the hotel overlooking the car park in what resembled a concrete shoe box. An unwanted turn down service was given without request. The hair dryer cable was broken,...

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from central Reims, away from the crowds, hustle and bustle. We received a very warm welcome on arrival, and our room was exceedingly clean, large and comfortable. We had a massive bathroom. This hotel has a small swimming pool for those who may want to relax after a long journey, and private parking....
