No elevator so keep that in mind when packing. Centrally located, friendly and helpful proprietor and staff; a 7-minute walk to the train station, and parking near by. Rooms were small but logically laid out and the bathroom was clean and practical. Would stay there again.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Had a quiet room, even though it was on the first floor, adjacent to the lobby and breakfast room, and had its window on the street (which has traffic rarely). Easy to walk to cathedral, train station, and some champagne companies. Owners and staff were all friendly and helpful. We even had air conditioning...

pretty basic- no lift, no air conditioning- but it is beautifully central and yet offers secure parking. Staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient. They manage a nice breakfast despite lack of space. Strangely you have to pay the night before even though you've guaranteed it already by credit card.

Yes, the rooms are small (but very good use of space) and this isn't a fancy hotel but the rooms and beds are very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great for exploring Reims - walking distance to sights, wineries, Les Halle, and several good restaurants. I'd return again and definitely recommend.

We initially reserved a room that was not available, so we were offered two rooms at the original price. The rooms were small, traditional European, but beautifully decorated. Much more than adequate and a great location. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in September and had an amazing experience! We were always greeted with smiles. The owner and staff are very helpful and really nice. If you need help finding something or recommendations they are willing and happy to help. The rooms are a little small which is fine because we did not...

Nice family run hotel in the centre of Reims, close by the market area with lots of very good restaurants to choose from. I had their cheapest single room, which was VERY small, but well designed and fine for an overnight, although I thought the decor a bit weird (why was there an old leather suitcase stuck at an angle...

Good hotel and fantastic host / receptionist who was really helpful during check in. Rooms are small but they are clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect stop over on the way to southern France. Parking is free on the street on Saturday nights and all day Sunday.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights when the accomodation we had booked was cancelled unexpectedly. Veronique and her husband David could not have been more helpful! They managed to find a room for us for 4 nights, directed us to parking places and gave suggestions for places to eat. The rooms are not fancy by any means...

Lovely little hotel no off road parking offered though, room is nice and clean, quite little street. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Near the centre of town only a short walk to attractions. Champagne is also very nice....of course :))
