It was a very horrible experience! its seems everything is great and clean in the first place, but when we go to bed horrible things happed. I traveled France so many times, this is the first time I sleep in a room with a bean-size Bed Buds!!! I need to change rooms at 2:00am, as i remember the room should...

Thank you for taking the time to write your comment. We sincerely apologize that you have suffered the inconvenience. Real scourge overseas for several years, bedbugs also arrived in France and affects even many of the most luxurious hotels. We wish to note that this problem does not completely undermine the hygiene of the Grand Hotel Tours, and we brought...

This hotel is right next to the train station and the shopping area. The staff were friendly and speak different languages. The room was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom and separate toilet. We didn't eat in the hotel because there was so much choice close by. I would stay here again.

I visit Tours twice a year and always stay here. Yes its in need of repainting here and there and yes the plumbing is showing its age, but it is spacious comfortable and very conveniently placed. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The worlds best briocherie is just round the corner too.

Arrived in the evening and were pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the room after reading reviews. We had a balcony room overlooking the square and station which was not noisy at all. The staff were pleasant and helpful - even giving us free water at night time. The walk to the centre of town was easy and only...

The hotel was just on the opposite of the train station with a secured car park just right in front (7€/day). The room was clean and the breakfast ok. Nothing much special. The carpet all around was a bit too old and need some refreshing.

only stayed for the 1 night, but very impressed. Rooms nicely decorated, with possibly the biggest bed ever... however this leaves no room for movement. The bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Great value, pleasant staff

We stayed in a room that had a marble fireplace. The staircase and furnishings are suggest elegance from long ago. My 22 year old daughter and I found it very charming. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. They supplied us with anything we asked for: silverware, access to their kitchen refrigerator, glass wineglasses, bottle opener, etc. the beds...

Perfectly positioned hotel in Tours. Underground car park close was secure and well lit and I had no concerns about the safety of my car overnight. Although the hotel corridors were a little tired the bedroom we had was large and decorated to a high standard as was the bathroom. The toilet was however ridiculously small, and virtually impossible to...
