Generally good - a long haul to get the bags up the stairs and the proprietor insisted on me paying for three nights as per our original booking even though I gave her two days notice. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

First of all, the staff was really sweet and helpful. I couldn't ask for more in that respect. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was nice and satisfying. I cannot complain about anything regarding this hotel. All in all a perfect stay. I can really recommend this place!

Hotel was very clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. We stayed in the family room which looked out over the courtyard garden, so was very quiet. Beds were comfy and we all slept well. Tours is a lovely city and well worth a visit.

We spent three nights here. The room was quite comfortable, breakfasts were great. It is an older hotel very close to the down town, tourist office and train depot. Staff was friendly and very hellful, making suggestions of where to dine, what to see. Room looked out into a courtyard which was pleasant.

The public rooms (such as the breakfast room) are very beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. Our room was also very lovely with nice, high quality furnishings in an historic atmosphere. For those looking for convenience to the train station, it was only a block or so away, yet the neighborhood was very nice, along a lovely boulevard that sometimes...

We stayed there for one night, on our way to visit the Loire Valley chateaux. Parking was provided right in front of the hotel, though if busy, you could find free spots nearby. The train station was right across the street, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy in our street-view room. The woman that welcomed us at the reception, Miriam, though...

We chose this hotel because it was the best option offered through a booking site, and it turned out to be an amazing surprise! Although location wise it's good only because it's close to the railway station (would need to walk about 15-20min to get to the center of Tours), the room was big and cozy, really clean and we...

Perfect little place for a 1 night stop over. A good sized room for our family of 4 and very helpful staff to point us in the right direction for dinner. Booking and check-in was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Small hotel in an old, athmospheric building very close to railway station (about 200m). Rooms were relatively big and bed comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. My room was facing the street and there was some noise. Breakfast was usual french breakfast in an old dining room. Sights of Tours are within walking distance. Good wifi.
