The decor is a little wild, everything hot pink and green but every need or want is addressed. Except maybe wifi. The pool was a godsend as it was very hot during our stay, the venue an oasis of tranquillity. The breakfasts so imaginative and "Enormous ". Nothing is a trouble and it was an absolute pleasure staying with our...

What a find! Charming hostess whose excellent English made everything easy. As other reviewers have said, breakfast was wonderful with a beautiful array of bread, cheese, home made preserves, fresh fruit, pastries, served in a beautiful room overlooking the garden. Everything was fresh and delicious and obviously a labour of love. The room is comfortable with a quirky colour scheme...

We LOVED this B & B. Mary-line and her husband are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts are beautiful and a feast. Every day is different and include a trip around France via difference cheeses. The location is a quiet residential area near the Loire. The walk into the center of town is along the river and is quite beautiful. We stayed...

I second everything that Greta (the last reviewer) said. La Fontaine is a beautiful place to stay and Mary-line is a wonderful host. The breakfasts were a huge treat too! The pool and grounds are beautifully kept and our apartment was wonderfully quirky and comfortable.

This is a lovely place and I cant recommend it enough. The rooms are very quirky and cute, so many things are thought of, and the service is outstanding. The owner is the perfect hostess, she made us feel really special and made our stay absolutely lovely in every way. The centre of town is a 15 min walk away...

The accommodation is two twin beds in a converted attic above the very large garage. It is separate from the main house, so I was able to practice the trumpet and my infant son could make as much noise as his tiny lungs could manage. It is very pleasant, and reasonably spacious, even for four, although the lime green /...

We stayed at La Fontaine for one week this past September. What a beautiful place to stay. We had our own apartment separate from the house. It was very nicely decorated in pinks and greens. We loved it. The breakfasts were plentiful and everyday there was something different to try. Every day Mary-line set the table in a different colour...

This is a French B&B. We randomly found this place through the tourist office in Tours centre. We had just arrived in the afternoon on the independence day and didn't have anywhere to stay. I called her and the hostess said we could come in an hour since she had to get the room ready. The room is on the...
