We used this as a base to visit the chateaux. It's in a quiet neighborhood. There's not much to walk to except the Italian place. But it's a good area. The room was nice with a beautiful view of the courtyard with it's beautiful flowers. The manager spoke decent English which is always nice. The only negative was a dark,...

I booked this hotel directly on the day I needed it (+33 2 47 54 43 01) and no deposit was required, the receptionist spoke good English and the price was fair. It is a friendly place, seems to be family-run, and it was impressively clean. I ate at the nearby pizzeria (there aren't any other restaurants very close anyway),...

This was a drop by stay for one night arriving late and going very early in the morning. We wanted a place that is pet friendly as we had the family dog with us. However traveling in the height of summer the heat was unbearable. No air conditioning in the room which meant we had to have the windows open...

We take full account of your comments posted this month, but you came there for over a year ... Note that since we have made changes to the facility to better meet our customers. The hotel is located in a quiet residential quartiel. We never had to worry insecurity. The proof you left open the window all night and only...

Welcoming reception who provided us with a kettle upon request as well as cups. Room was clean and just fine for the short stay...no complains. The road was too narrow on this street so please take care when driving but otherwise a good place to stay and the attractions are between 30mins to 2hrs drive away.

We were able to get a room on a popular weekend and were warmly welcomed at reception. The room was a good size and clean if a little antiquated in its decor. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and top up with. Location is the drawback. Not easy to find (though good free parking when you do) and a...

We stayed for a single night en route from Bergerac to Yorkshire and found a straightforward midrange typically French hotel. The proprietor, who greeted us, speaks extremely good English and was very helpful in pointing out where we might like to eat-there is an Italian restaurant about 1 min walk away, but she also gave is a map and showed...

So the reason we chose this hotel on our brief visit to Tours was because we were travelling around by car and needed parking. Parking was good. The hotel itself is fairly basic but there is little to complain about Pros - as mentioned the lady on the front desk is wonderfully helpful and you receive a great welcome. Shower...

The hotel needs some maintenance and air conditioning! The room was small we could barely move with two luggages. The bathroom is not bad, especially the shower, but the toilette is on a separate tiny room with no window or air. There's no lift. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a very quiet area. There's only a...
