I asked the receptionist if we could move into a room like the ones on the hotel's website, but I was advised that all the rooms were the same as the one that we were allocated. I felt deceived.
I expected rather more for the price that we paid. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.
No commercial gesture in the face of this problem. A lingering smell of cold tobacco throughout the room that is extremely unpleasant for non-smokers.................................
..!!!!!!
Even before visiting the room we were asked to pay the tourist tax.
The room we had overlooked courtyard (view on garbage cans)
The room was very small, carpeted floor more than disintegrated (torn) the furniture of the room is far from harmonious and spartan, the sanitary facilities are not first youth and the bedding was not good.
The television remote was very dirty.
There is a lack of soundproofing compared to the other rooms and we heard, among other things, flushing.
We have not seen the other rooms but this one is really to be redone.
The only positive is the continental breakfast which was hearty and varied.
Very unpleasant experience for sure...

Cleanliness and hygiene leave something to be desired. The manager is funny and welcoming but when we pointed out how dirty the place was, he flooded our phone with insulting text messages. I took photos for booking, with whom we had made the reservation but he declared "no show of customers" to cancel the reservation. In addition to the dirt, the stairs are quite dangerous, the timer is short and you find yourself in the dark between two floors, the buttons are difficult to find.
The prices seem to be at the head of the customer: displayed 42 to XX on Booking.com he criticized us for having ourselves announced a different price then he asked us 57€ (if I was not clear in this message, it is also unclear in the manager's figures). The photos I sent to Booking have disappeared. They showed close-ups of traces of toothpaste or soap on the bathroom shelf, hairs in the shower, stains on the towels as if someone had wiped grease off their face. A good thickness of dirt and cobwebs on the shutter trays.
In short, unless you are an adventurer and are used to sleeping in high mountain lodges, I do not recommend this hotel.

Once it was time to checkout, fortunately we looked at the receipt because dishes had been added to us without us having ordered them.
Some bland dishes without flavor, tagliatelle if you are not hungry you can have them.
We will never come back and will not recommend it to anyone. To flee.

Large room but unfortunately small bathroom. Perfect bedding.. hotel in the city center but very quiet. We had a very good night. The evening meal was excellent. Top notch and complete breakfast
What we especially appreciated was the welcome from the staff: very friendly and attentive to the customers. I recommend this hotel

I arrive at reception. I had to enter the name of my company 3 times to be found.
Top floor without elevator and under the roof. I ask for at least a fan, nothing. I had to stay 2 nights out of professional obligation. The second night I absolutely had to look for a fan.
Plus having to sleep with the window open, but with the noise downstairs impossible.
Shower shouldn't be big, bed average. Avoid if you want calm and sleep well.

"My only personal comment would be , woken early my local binmen & road sweepers @ 05.00 in morning. But no reflection on the hotel "Read full review
"This hotel needs renovation. The hotel is not as good as it looks in the photos. I think it is not good enough for a 3 star hotel."Read full review
