This was one of our favorite b&b/hotels we have stayed in all of Europe. The service was outstanding and the dinner was one of the best during our entire Normandy & Brittany trip. We took a week trip with a family of 7 including 3 children and 2 in-laws over 70. The owners and staff at La Roseraie truly understand...

The Hotel La Roseraie is wonderful in every way; charming with warm and brightly decorated rooms. The room we stayed in had a queen size bed and large bathroom for 53 Euros. It was, by far, the best value we had during our 11 days in France and was worth far more. Some of the rooms overlook a beautiful terrace....

We recently stayed at La Roseraie with guests visiting from California. What a pleasant stay it was. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. Accessibility and parking were easy. We especially enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant with clear explanation of the wonderful dishes and helpful wine recommendations. The breakfast was excellent and served in a charming room dominated by an...

We reserved for one night but stayed for 2. In all my travels I have never stayed in a more charming hotel in a more charming village. The owners are warm, wonderful, accommodating people who attended our every need and were extremely kind with my attempts to speak French. Our room was emmaculate, spacious, and the bathroom facilities huge (great...

The images on their Web site looked like a charming place to stay, and it certainly is! The surprise for me was the dinner and breakfast we had during our one-night stay. Just some more gourmet meals in France. ;-) The prunes in wine and Armagnac dessert was tops!!! Be sure to walk over to Chateau Chenonceau and take a...

We have stayed at La Roseraie 3 times between Oct 2004 and October 2007. We will definitely go back again. It is a delightful place to stay, and a wonderful place to have dinner. The rooms are lovely, the location is great for exploring the Loire area, and Laurent and Sophie go out of their way to make you welcome....

We came to la Roseraie with high expectations which were easily surpassed. Driving there, we called to say we would be arriving later in the evening than originally planned, and were told not to worry, we would be welcomed whenever we arrived. That response typified our wonderful experience at this truly charming inn. Every aspect of our 2-night stay was...

Stayed here for 2 nights for a birthday weekend from London. Laurent was a wonderful host, open, genuinely warm, friendly and so helpful. He is one of the nicest host we have ever had at a hotel/B and B. The food is great (we ate breakfast and dinner there both days) as the chef makes fantastic bread. It is very...

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights here during a Fall break to tour the area chateaux. We booked 2 rooms. One room had 2 twin beds for the kids and one had a king+ extra bed for the adults. Check-in was no problem and we were quickly shown to our rooms and helped with luggage. Rooms were lovely, clean...

My friend and I have traveled to France four times in the last six years, and we have stayed at La Roseraie twice (in 2002 and 2007). We returned there specifically this year because we love the inn, and the wonderful innkeepers, Laurent and Sophie Fiorito! They are the most welcoming, warm and charming innkeepers we have ever met in...
