I'll say right away: if you are looking to stay somewhere fancy and modern, then I would recommend you go elsewhere. However, if you are open to a quaint and unique place, that has a very traditional feel, friendly staff, excellent prices, and perfect location, then this is a wonderful option for a stay in Dijon. We just loved this...

Great location in the heart of Dijon. A couple of minutes walk from all the main sites of interest. Rooms clean but basic. Breakfast was ok but we only had it on one day preferring to have a coffee / croissant elsewhere. The parking was a bonus as well.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel upon our arrival in France. By the time we got there we had traveled for 24 hrs. We arrived before check in, but they let us store our luggage. Once we checked in the front desk person was very friendly, and spoke English, and showed us our room. It was very...

Hotel has a great location but.... We've been traveling in Europe for over 7 months and have visited 8 countries and have stayed in at least 100 establishments ranging 2-star to 5-star chalets and B&B's. This 2-star hotel is a "dump" which doesn't even rate one star. The bed sagged lengthwise so badly that neither one of us could move...

This is a fun place for a family visit... given that it is from the 15th century. The room was clean and accommodated a whole family (the kids were in the loft). Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fine. Clean, old hotel. We recommend.

I strongly recomment this place, which is cheap, central, romantic and historic. It's rare to find all these qualities together. Our room was very big, ancient and with high wooden ceiling. The breakfast is also very well and the parking very reasonable.

Great place for our stopover en route to Italy, quirky room but very nice. The restaurant looked great, only had a drink but seemed very poplar. The staff were very helpful and it's well positioned for the town centre We would certainly recommend.

We booked the place a couple of hours on our way back from skiing in the Alps. This is a 15th Century Coaching house, hence all the doored archways used for parking as you drive in from the road. Even in early January the exterior looks appealing in an old fashioned way. Check in was quick as we had booked...

I booked a night here in August as an overnight on the way to Provence. The hotel is very quirky in a very old building. I guess from the garages along the courtyard that it was a coaching inn maybe. We booked a parking space and had to manoeuvre in the long barn under the reception and the breakfast room....

We too were in Room 4. The huge cobwebs were in place and the room had not been well cleaned. The bathroom was the worst of it - a dirty shower with mould on the ceiling and the walls. Nothing worked well and when we went to ask for assistance at Reception, there was no-one there. We then asked at...
