Unkempt hotel in grotty part of Dijon, room very basic, noisy at night and with some unwanted visitors of the creepy crawly variety! Breakfast ok, staff not particularly helpful and didn't respond at all to the bug complaint... Avoid this place!
We stayed one night. The location is great (ca. 100m away from the train station). The place is cheap. Walls are thin, outside could be a bit noisy. Wifi is soso. No breakfast.
It's OK for a short stay.

Very old hotel, dark and dingy, tiny room, badly needed decorating. No air conditioning, and it was very hot when we stayed, although it would have been stuffy at any time. We stayed one night then changed hotels, thank goodness. Absolutely do not stay here.
excellent location, next to dijon gare train station.....many fast food joints around. Except location everything else which can be expected from a B&B was not up to mark. Not value for money one spends.
Stayed here with 4 friends for 1 night, was a very cheap hotel so we were not expecting the Ritz.
Stayed in 2 x twins with shread bathroom - bahrooms are shared between 10-12 rooms
